Georgia Log Cabin Republicans are excited to announce their endorsement of state Representative Deborah Silcox for re-election to House District 52 (Sandy Springs and Buckhead).

Georgia Log Cabin President Coleman Williamson says, "Deborah Silcox is one of the most effective state representatives in the Georgia House for issues that concern the metro Atlanta area and the state at-large. Join me in supporting her for re-election."

Deborah is a leader on on transportation issues having been the lead sponsor of mass transit and distracted driver bills in the 2018 legislative session, as well as serving as the chair of the MARTOC committee (MARTA and other mass transit systems). She is a tax-payer champion having passed the first Georgia income tax cut since 1937, as well as sponsoring the "floating homestead exemption" which prevents uncontrolled property tax reassessments for Fulton County homeowners. As an alumni of Fulton County public schools, education is a huge issue for Deborah. She helped pass the full funding of Georgia's Quality Basic Education formula, which provides local school systems with 100% of the state's share in financing.
